The band’s engine, the man who smashes that wooden thing called “drums”, that’s Marcel. He’s Monkeyman’s neighbor, they share a common love for Shangrila (Their neighborhood), the place where they were born and where they still live.
At the age of 5, and thanks to his older brother, he started listening to bands like Nirvana, Guns n’ Roses or Deftones. Those influences shaped his musical interests and drove him to learn different instruments like guitar, bass or drums.
Some things that he likes: cinema, playing different musical instruments, football (soccer), tropical drinks (The more fruit the better), asado , pizza, extreme sports, riding horses, the beach, fishing and a good ol’ cigarrette after meals.
